When upgrading from Pro/PDM 3.5 to 3.6 on Windows, the ProPortmap Service must be reinstalled.  In 3.5 the executable was installed within the pdm3.5 loadpoint, but from 3.6 it is now installed in a seperate proportmap folder alongside the pdm3.6 loadpoint.
