"A very interesting documentary! It offers a prophetic insight into the potential dangers of our participation in the largest radiological experimentation in history and casts a brilliant light on the dynamics involved in the makings of critical documentaries. The witty script makes you think and the emotionally charged content of the documentary will affect your experience of cell phone usage as well as television and film watching in future."

Hildur Loftsdottir Film critic at Morgunbladid liked the film and gave it 3 stars out of 4. This is a translation of her article:
THE TRUE FEEL
In this mockumentary we watch Jonatan Hardarson, who has become disabled because of extensive mobile phone use, as he tries to inform the world on how dangerous such devices are.
I find this film rather good and well made. The authors walk the fine line between being realistic and funny, and also handle a matter that occasionally comes up in societies.
The humor is mainly in the handling of the story and the filmmakers manage to reach the true feel of classic Icelandic documentaries. Icelanders connect the voice of Gylfi Palsson to more serious and more responsible documentaries. Specialists in various fields, both at home and abroad, are interviewed. Jonatan's family is also interviewed and his daily life is shown as well. The realistic tone is affirmed with an interview with f. ex. Oskar Jonasson who has already been in the media because of his home made mobile phone gadget.
In such a film it is of course not possible to use known actors and there are amateurs in all roles. The main actor, Gudmundur Asbjornsson is very good and is totally believable in his role as the pathetic Jonatan the victim. He reminds me of Tóti in the movie, Íslenski draumurinn [Icelandic Dream] (2000), he's that good. Most of the other actors are rather believable but some are better than others. The film goes slightly over the top when volunteers are called in for a study and the results come in, but is otherwise on the right side of the fine line. In all this film is funny and well made in every respect.
