Gudmundur Bergkvist studied filmmaking at The Icelandic Filmschool. He has worked for Icelandic TV stations, advertisement agencies and independent producers. Gudmundur Bergkvist has worked on many documentaries on Icelandic culture and history. He currently owns a farm and spends most of his free time there shooting all kinds of birds.
