Ed Pickens is a racetrack Rockstar!

A couple of weeks ago i took some headshots for my pal Ed. He is building a truck to race around the desert, wahoo!

Monday I went to Mario Robles' M & M Fabworx, in Chula Vista, to do a shoot for Ed Picken's Team Anvil Baja 1000 race team. Jason Acosta, one of Team Anvil's marketing gurus was along for the ride-as well as Gonzolo Rivera, a writer who's been sent over by one of Madrid's major daily papers to cover the events leading up to the race

We poked around Robles' shop for about an hour, got plenty of interesting shots (I pulled out the fisheye towards the end of the shoot) and then wheeled Ed's Jeep back into its resting place. Then we stumbled onto an incredible and panoramic Chula Vista salt mine (South Bay Salt Works) that I might use in future shoots. So all of you looking to do a portrait session, i love this so cool location.
have a peek!
