To collaborate on projects dealing with fine art photography, such as books and gallery exhibits. work experience Retired academic physican Dates 1965 - 2000 I have had a productive career as a scientist-teacher, and also as the chief of a large group of physicians and support staff (pathology department). I have published numerous scientific articles and contributed to the publication of a number of books, and have spoken on technical subjects before large groups of professionals. My scientific work was supported by the N.I.H., National Science Foundation, and the American Heart Association. I have managed a group of about 25 physicians and over 100 technologists, secretaries, and other office personnel. Photography was an integral part of my scientific research, and my art photography has appeared in the Journal of the American Photographic Society, as well as Shutterbug and MacHome magazines, and in "Best of Photography Annual, 2004." I have had a number of gallery shows, and am usually available for this purpose or as a speaker on the subject of my photographs. I have been active in a number of professional societies, and have been on the boards of The American College of Nutrition and the Scientists Center for Animal Welfare (of which I also served as president). I am the founder and a past-president of the Society for Cardiovascular Pathology.
