The following is the appearance and form
of the office based medical record for Internists. Family physicians,
pediatricians, surgeons, etc. utilize a different interface, but with the same
underlying data set. For those of you who cringe at the Apple logo on the
interface, relax. Although it was developed on a Mac, it will run on Unix,
Windows, and Windows NT as well.
