sometimes email is a curse from hades. i have been getting a good laugh out of an email list i frequent. they are discussing individuality, in a way, and they are all so individual that even though they are all saying the same thing, they are disagreeing about it. i am sure it is partly willful disagreement, but how much is the simple fact that we have a method of communication that lacks sound and body language cues, yet isn't treated as seriously as writing (after all, anyone can send an email!).
