Thing Faces |

| The left image is Wisk laundry detergent
dispenser, but it looks to me like one of the giant heads on Easter Island.
The right image is a pair of startled electrical outlets. |
![]() A pair of very unhappy outlets. |
And this is my very cheerful little steam iron-------->This little guy is half of a 1/4" belt buckle, meant for a teddy bear. |
![]() | This is my combination radio, audio CD player and cassette tape player. He's a great thing-face! He's even got teeth. |
![]() | Here is a picture of the front of the same thing- only I turned it upside-down, so you can see the alien-Mantis face clearly. He'd be great in a horror movie. |
| Bonnie provided the background fur for this little face. I was trying to grow tomatoes and this one fell off while green. I bit it to see if I liked green tomatoes. I didn't.. But that bite made a cute face (because of the gap between my front teeth.) |
![]() The plywood top of the pumphouse, weathered into a really spooky face. And an fierce-looking electric hedge-clipper face- helped by strategic patches of sunlight-----------------> | ![]() |
![]() | This feisty flower quite surprised me. We've had these plants for years, and I'd never seen one that looked quite this distinct. It really looks angry. |
| This sky face looks like an older man getting ready to sneeze, doesn't it? | ![]() |
| This electric knife was loaded with faces. |
| This timid little fellow is from the bottom of the knife, where the plug attaches. |
| This is the top, where the blades fit in. Lovely red ears. |
| This is the lower back. It reminds me of a man wearing a helmet. Maybe one of Darth Vader's troopers. |
| This reminds me of a man with a mole on the side of his nose. |
| But turned sideways, it looks decidedly fishy, like the creature from the black lagoon. |
| Ok, this one is stretching it, but I see a face wearing an eye-patch on his left eye. |
