| This is the hamster-god of nocturnal people. The hamster-god is carved of plaster of paris and is roughly life-size. | |
![]() The brown spot is a rust-mark caused by rubbing the lid of the box before I padded it with dried leaves. | ![]() |

| Plaster of paris dragon- sinister side...although
she's not very sinister. Her name is Gracie. I had another dragon, made of
ceramic, black and green. He was very chunky and placid. Unfortunately, he
was a wingless dragon and couldn't fly when he fell off the shelf. Ferdinand
was shattered, and I don't have even a photograph.Gracie has a broken left
front paw, poor thing. I think she's part lion and part bat, and part deer. |

| The was supposed to be a dove, but I'd
had little things like toes and legs snap off on failed ceramic pieces before,
so I made it flat on the bottom as if it was nesting. But when I look at
it now, it resembles a dove-goose combination and I think it's swimming. |
