今年のツアーで、NYのAlbanyにある「Egg」というパフォーマンスセンターで演奏した
時のご当地ソング「Albany」。
数日後には、各ライヴ会場での録音を集めた「ご当地ソング集」がtheymightbegiants.com
でダウンロード出来ることになるらしいです。

期間延長!　ということはお客さん入っているようですね。安心しました。ウェブサイトで

文学ジャーナルのMcSweeney's とThey Might Be Giantsのコラボ・ライヴが３月2日
NYのLincoln Centerで行われます。
McSweeney'sのDave Eggersや、Sarah Vowell、TMBGとも繋がりがある面白政治トーク
番組「Daily Show」のプロデューサーなどもリーディングで参加予定。
このイヴェントもブルックリンの826NYCのためのベネフィット・ショウだそうです。
チケットは指定席です。

This is a unique performance-part of the prestigious "American Songwriter" series, and will cover lots of topics including America and songwriting. This American Life's Sarah Vowell will be accompanied by TMBG reader her recent essay on "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" Best-selling author Dave Eggers will also read, and Daily Show producer Ben Karlin is rumored to be contributing a new essay. These are extraordinary evenings and this new, exceptional cabaret-styled venue at Lincoln Center promises to add a level of personal comfort never before available at a TMBG show.
