Abba Shapiro is also an Award winning Writer/Producer/Director with over 20 years experience in video and film production. His production company, Shapiro Video & Multimedia currently works in every format from DVCam to BetaSP to 35MM film. He has done work for a wide range of commercial, corporate, and federal clients, including; USA Today, The Associated Press Television Network, NASA, and the Department of Defense, He uses the full range of Apple software and hardware to deliver videos, DVDs and CD to his clients.
Abba is a lead trainer for Apple Computer; certifying other instructors to teach Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro. he is also the adminstrator of the Washington DC Final Cut Pro Users group. He teaches both Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro courses throughout country and locally in the the Washington DC area.
What Abba brings to the table is the ability to merge the practical requirements for business with the latest technology and tools available to the video production specialist. Though production comprises 70% of his timehe loves to teach, because it keeps him sharp...the more he teaches the more he learns.
