aug 26 song of the dayAll I Need
Only bits and pieces of this song
are jangling around in my head; "for the rest of my life," and "I will not be
satisfied" and "You're all I need" I heard this song for the first time in
church last Sunday when Greg and I were operating the Easy Worship overhead. I
hadn't really given it much thought until I woke up with it this morning. Now
that I can't find the lyrics online, I am highly curious as to the words so that
I can discern today's message from God. But perhaps the lyrics that I DO have
are ALL I
NEED?
Addendum: I emailed Pastor Kenny, our worship pastor from church who is also an accomplished musician to see if he could come up with the song and if he might even have they lyrics. It just so happened to be ONE OF HIS SONGS, that he wrote! Amazing. Here are the lyrics: Apart from You, I can do nothing I’m just out there on my own Apart from You, my life is empty Like a child far from home I wanna be where You are Safe in Your arms Don’t ever wanna grow apart from You For the rest of my life I’ll stay by Your side Lord, I will not be satisfied Apart from You Apart from You (c) 2004 Kenny Snyder/Strong Tower Music Ministries/ CCLI Permission granted to print sheet music and use demo to teach congregations or for personal use. Here is where you can purchase the CD with this song on it. Posted: Tue - October 26, 2004 at 09:51 AM | |
