supports cables purchased DIRECTLY from MAC
ALL MACs are handmade upon order. Diligence goes into every single
crimp or solder joint. These are not mass produced, machine
assembled cables. There are times when it may take several weeks to
build and deliver an order. Please have
patience.
Purchases made through the MAC website come with a 30-day return
policy unless otherwise noted. Custom-option items are NOT
returnable. All other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and
less shipping/fees. (The reason for the restocking fees is because
MAC can no longer sell these as 'new'.) Cables/items must be
returned in perfect condition.
Purchases made through
Auctions/Demos/Sales are final.
All cables have a
100% LIFETIME GUARANTEE
against manufacturing defects.
