New Orleans, Louisiana

We spent the week of New Year's in New Orleans, in the heart of the French Quarter.

We had the luck to stay in the lovely guest house of a private home. The courtyard was quiet and atmospheric. The view from the balcony. Riding the St. Charles streetcar. Horseback riding in the park! Even Andy rode...Doodles was ornery, though. An acquaintance got Andy a BRIEF radio appearance on WWOZ! Chloe made a seahorse crown at the Aquarium. Café du Monde and its famous.... Beignets!!!! Crazy street performances abound. The Mighty Mississippi. Chloe and Martha and... Andy and Chloe.
