Angie Garcia was one of the first SFETT members and was the chief editor of the technology newsletter TigerNet. Angie’s experience with the community and her growing understanding of the power of education led her to become an educator. Angie left San Fernando to attend UC Davis where she received her BA in English and Masters in Education. Angie has helped create several movies including The Power of 1, H20, and This Side of the Tracks. Though Angie is currently in her third year of teaching high school English in Sacramento, she looks forward to returning to San Fernando in July and becoming part of Alas media.
