The second and forth equations say that it's possible to create stable, propagating electro-magnetic waves.  Maxwell also calculated that these waves would move at exactly the speed of light.
What's especially interesting about this is that the speed of light can be derived from a set of physical laws, that should be independent of whether or not you're moving.
