Cocoa Basics Tutorial Parts

In general I've found that the best way to get started with Cocoa is to jump right in and start creating types, customizing their appearance, and writing rules. However, some people prefer the ease and simplicity of using pre-made parts to create their first Worlds. These are the parts that they use in the Cocoa Movies, and which you can download to create your own Tutorial World.

You should click and hold your mouse button on each of the graphics below. When the contextual menu appears, you can choose to download the graphic to your hard drive. Open the graphic in your favorite graphic editor and Copy it to the Clipboard. Then go to Cocoa, create a new Type, and edit its appearance. Paste the graphic from the Clipboard, and you will have a World that looks just like the one in the Cocoa Movies.

First, you'll need some ground for your character to stand on:

Next, walls for your character to climb over:

Finally, you can add the Cocoa mascot, Wacko, to your World:
