Art House Gallery, Sydney 1998

After living in Sydney for three years, I moved to a new studio in Marrickville – a mixture of Vietnamese,Thai and Greek cultures which kickstarted my senses again by submerging me into my new surroundings. The heady mixture of culinary delights and colourful plastic kitsch, iconic and religious figures, alongside themed music, was a natural backdrop for these paintings.
