Gourmandises

Gormandises was an exhibition based on a culinary term meaning a treat, a delicacy, something dainty, exquisite.

On return from living in Australia, I celebrated my love of Europe through my Parisian trips, depicting the delicate patisseries of laduree to the north of England with Betty’s tea rooms traditional fare. In contrast with other iconic Englsh staples such as baked beans & marmite.
