Chefs and Providores
Art House Gallery, Sydney 1998

An exhibition inspired by talks with Nicole Lehman from the Sydney Morning Herald to platform my repsonse to Sydney life, portraying Sydney's leading Chefs and Providores and their signature dishes. Tetsuya Wakuda, Neil Perry, Guillaume Brahimi, Simon Johnson, Christine Manfield, David, Thompson, Stefano Manfredi and Barry McDonald. The National Portrait Gallery in Canberra has four paintings from the series in their collection.
