The food pyramid is shape like a triangle and is divided in to 6 unequal parts. The biggest part in the pyramid is the grains, wheats and bread. The second two parts are the vegetables and the fruits. Then the parts become smaller. Next will be the dairy products and meat. Then the sweets. You should eat more of the wheats, grains and bread than sweets. If you had a problem with your body then you too much junk food or else it will become worser.
