Overturned laws good step towards gay rights


The US Supreme Court overturned the laws making certain sexual practices illegal. This lifts a long standing legal stigma attached to homosexuals in many states, including Florida.

Censure of USF warranted


USF is facing censorship through the American Association of University Professors because they fired professor Sami Al-Arian (who is now accused of being a terrorist) without due process and not abiding to the rules.
