What does a PERSONAL TRAINER do?

My job is to provide you with the motivation and education you need to achieve your goals. Whether it's weight loss, muscle toning, muscle growth, cardiovascular fitness, athlete strength and conditioning, kick boxing… or just plain FUN, I can design a program to meet your individual needs.

Who does PT?

A wide variety of people come to me for PT. Clients range in age from 12 to 84 years of age. I train professional athletes, people requiring rehabilitation after injuries and Mums and Dads who just want to stay fit and healthy.

Getting Started

People enjoy anywhere between one and four sessions a week. We meet and train for One Hour. You can even train with a friend! Off-peak rates are also available.
