Muzak Mandy




Tonight while I having dinner, my wife and I heard Barry Manilow's 1975 "Mandy." Now, before I incur the wrath of the militant arm of the Barry Manilow fan club, let me say hearing Mandy isn't inherently bad. The problem is it had been re-recorded as Muzak!

It begs the question, "does Barry Manilow's music really need to be re-recorded to qualify as mood music for Muzak?"
