Music 4 Life's rocking to Interpol, New Order and VHS or Beta

Despite my obvious penchant for the laid-back tunes of Jack Johnson and Jimmy Buffett, I've been playing a variety of stuff on my iPod lately. My "hot list" right now includes:

• Interpol's Antics
• New Order's "Krafty" (pre-release single released via iTunes Tuesday)
• The Killers' Hot Fuss (especially "Mr. Brightside" and "Smile Like You Mean It")
• VHS Or Beta's "The Melting Moon" (can't wait to see them open for Duran Duran)
• Kings of Leon's Aha Shake Heartbreak (really enjoy "King of the Rodeo")

Also, I've been playing the hell out of The Soupbone Throne's "Natural Born Killers" from a fan club-only release. Music 4 Life will be posting more about them in the coming days. In the meantime, check out their current release (iTunes link).

Finally, try as I might, I just don't get this Iron & Wine guy. Sam Beam seems to be pretty popular amongst fellow bloggers, but I'm just not digging it.
