DGCI is an ATC (Air Traffic Controller) and tonight he had a situation where there were two planes in the same relative airspace, one was civilian and the other military. Most Military aircraft can talk to civilian aircraft, but BUFF's (B-52's, you will understand when you read his post) are different and most cannot, so the ATC has to play relay. Well DGCI did just that and the result is a must read.
