Update: Based on this from Say Anything:

As for the veracity of this report, Novinite is listed in Google News as a Bulgarian news agency and this story is coming up there as well. The only other stories about Zarqawi being captured are from June 28th when a radio station had falsely reported that he'd been captured.

This new report might just be a little news organization picking up this old, wrong story. Just saying.
