He eats Yoghurt precisely to the gramm!

Seen today on ZDF in the 144th Episode of the TV Show "Wetten dass" (bet, that...). Various candidates announce bets that seem impossible or difficult to win, and celebrity guest have to say if they think he/she can do it or not. They have to name something they do in case they "lose" their bet (like waxing a leg, dressing up in their 70's look, playing clown at a children's hospital etc.).

This time it was Justin Timberlake's turn to bet, and he said he would yodel if the guy wouldn't do it successfully. The young man claimed he'd be able to extract any quoted amount of yoghurt out of the plastic tub, precise to 2 gramms. And Justin didn't have to yodel.

This amazing guy, who looked quite cute by the way, managed to fulfill his bet by precisely reducing three yoghurts! He had to take out 13g from the first, then 27 and 47g.
I watched it. I know it is reproducable, and I'll try it, too. He had a routined technique for the task:

--> The 13 g he took out by dipping the spoon two thirds into the yoghurt, and wiping it left, right and bottom straight at the cup edge. He did it 5 times and was precise to a gramm - took out 14g. It must have been 2.8g per stripped spoon.
--> The bigger amounts he spooned out by filling the spoon and wiggling it sideways followed by the stripping at the cup edge. He watched carefully and repeated the procedure up to 4 times before emptying the spoon.
The second time he again was precise to a gramm (28g) with 3x a spoonful! Same procedure at the last yoghurt, with 5xfull spoon+1/2 dipped spoon he managed to extract the exact amount of 47 g! The wiggled spoon must contain 9g average.
It's all training. You can do it, too!
