Schweinehund - my dear pet
Today I spent all afternoon and evening to prepare
for the "Respiration"-Practical in Physiology. That's one out of five practicals
I have to learn for (and physiology is only one out of 3 big subjects). I didn't
manage all, only the first part of it (Lung function diagnostics), quite a
frustrating realization after 8 hours of reading and scribbling down 9 pages of
stuff I never knew existed.
At least I noticed again that it doesn't matter how
little my motivation is - normally my motivation is in the negative and forces
me to fall asleep while reading attempts ;-) - When I just manage to get over
the initial boredom and "negative interest" and get into it, it works well and
rewarding. Every time I regret that I didn't start earlier, because it's
actually fun to do it.
I just never remember
that when I casually glance at the books.
In
german we say, I have a much too big "inneren Schweinehund". Cheeky
beast.
