How To View Videos

We generally will offer video in three formats.

• Preferred version. QuickTime. For best results, install

the latest version of QuickTime player on your computer.

It’s version 7.03. If you have an older version, you can

download the new version for free at quicktime.com

• Alternative Version. Windows Media. We will also

include a version for downloading and playing on windows

media player. We suggest that you download the video to

your desktop, then click on the video file or open in

windows media player.

• Alternative Version. IPOD Video. If you have a Video

IPOD player you can download the video for you IPOD.

• The audio files are standard mp3 files. They can either

be downloaded to your computer, loaded into iTunes or other

mp3 player, or clicked and played directly in your web browser.

• If you have podcast software such as iTunes, go to

on how to subscribe. (Update your iTunes for the most

recent version before beginning.) Once you’ve subscribed,

you can periodically have the software “update” the podcast,

to identify new content and decide whether to download it.

• If you don’t have podcast software, send an email to

update emails once or twice a month describing new content.
