2" webbing piece, SS bolt, piece of bungee With 6cf bottle With a small DIN reg (Apeks DS4) Wide bolt base prevents pull-through, webbing swings btw plate & wing when not used Bungee w/ finger loop, pulls off plate easily when not used SS wide-base bolt (from Halcyon MC Storage Pak Bolt Kit)
