Our dearest beloved soulmate Sam, from the moment we met you on May 18, 1991 you filled our hearts with love and joy. Thank you so much for spending your life with us. Although you had to leave this world and we miss you terribly, you will be forever in our hearts, our thoughts, and our prayers.
