What do I need to bring along with me?

We have tried to provide everything that you will need - there are ample linens including towels, beach towels & bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, glassware & cookware. Every bathroom has a hairdryer. Every bedroom has a clock radio and a television.

How far away are the nearest stores and shops?

The new Champions Gate Golf Complex is within five minutes as is a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and a liquor store. A Walmart Supercenter is ten minutes away. A hospital is two miles away. There are many restaurants nearby if you do not feel like cooking. Some of them have take out and some will deliver to the Villa. There are sample menus located in our welcome book.

Is it OK to use the telephones in the villa?

The telephones in the villa are available for your use. Unlimited local calls are available at no charge. In the event you need to make calls outside the local area, a telephone card or credit card is needed. Of course, 911 is always available if needed.

When can I expect my security deposit to be returned?

Your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days provided there is no damage to our villa.

Who do I contact if I have a problem when I am on vacation? Our Management Company is on call 24 hours a day and is available to deal with any problems you may encounter.
