Change and loss are integral part of life. In fact, change may be the only constant in life. Yet, it can lead to a flood of emotions, insecurity, and fear.
This class begins with validating experiences of loss/death. Then we'll normalize the feelings that follow lose. Understanding the normality of feelings and and the grief process helps people be able to move through them. Flooding of feelings is like water. They get us wet, but we dry off.
We'll look at what's possible as we integrate the loss into our life and build a future utilizing the gifts of the relationship and the memories.
