A Linux eye for the Panther guy...


Abstract: Reading a review of Panther from a user who knows is UNIX stuff is really interesting. It gets mixed grades!

Chris Gulker has this great review of the new Apple OS. He makes some great points. His best, is about the lack of virtual desktops. I can't believe Apple hasn't included these! They are are a great feature that is on both Gnome and KDE and are really lacking. Also, I don't understand why there are some problems with some basic UNIX functions between LINUX and the Apple OS.

This is recommended reading!
