I started making my own beer since April of 1992. I call it Hack Beer; my motto is “It may be a Hack, but it works.” I don’t have any unique new recipes to post. In fact, I often simply make kit beers. The only change I make to off-the-shelf kits is to add a few ounces of hops at the end of the boil to provide some aroma.
