more houses nearby than most of the other pictures indicate.

here's a view of the house looking down the hill... the intersection of main street is about one block further to the right, and our current house is one block from there, if you turn left.

this is the view looking out of the garage door towards the river.

the back yard... that's our real estate agent in the picture.

the deck is mahogany... you can see the temporary fence on the left where there's access for the condo builders.

here's a good view of the whole property from the front... you can see our neighbors house and the fenced in access driveway for the condo builders. That fence will come down, and they'll replace it with a nice wood fence on our property.
