Best Toe Ever



I couldn't figure out what was going on with the little purl stitches in the toe until I was done.



These socks are so cool! (Well, I use the plural loosely as there is still only sock, singular.) The yarn color is everything I was hoping for as well.

The leg of the second sockpal sock is done and I'm ready for the heel flap (see, I can make socks in pairs).

I bought this:


at Cummington. I was remarkably restrained at Cummington though I'm regretting that some Icelandic laceweight didn't also come home with me. This is Spunky Eclectic Skinny Socks in Hot Dinah and I am knitting with it next, I don't care what my other plans were. I'm thinking Pomotomus if I'm feeling ambitious.
