Kim & Jeff - Fall in Lincoln Park - October 7, 2006


Kim and Jeff's wedding was phenomenal. Some weddings are more serious. Some weddings are all party. But Kim and Jeff's was the perfect mix of emotion and reverence and party and revelry.

Kim knew how to expertly start things off right...



And she had all the little details just right...



And of course, Kim looked totally amazing. She has such an elegant style and looked like Grace Kelly.

Afterwards, we headed out to Lincoln Park. Kim and Jeff and I snuck away for a few photos of them together...





It was a gorgeous fall day...



I love how Kim and Jeff are together. They have a great quippy banter and are incredibly playful with each other.





Then we rejoined the wedding party.



I love just hanging out with the bridal party. It is such a relaxed, fun way to get photos. We just plopped down on some steps by the Zoo and drank beers and told stories...

Jeff is a good story teller. Not only are there hand motions, but there are also voices!

Everybody was in a party mode! (Before I get any irate emails, let me say that a) no, he wasn't drinking it and b) his parent were the ones who let him hold the beer! :-)



After that, we headed over to their reception, which was at Cafe Brauer and has amazing views of the skyline at dusk...



Also, the palette of fall colors in their centerpieces and decorations were fantastic. So yummy!





I love the emotion of this shot as Kim and Jeff were introduced at the reception...

You guys are totally awesome and I am so happy to have been part of your wedding. The chemistry and love you have between you is amazing and you make my job unbelievably easy.
