So, although it seems a bit crazy -- Jonas and I
are about to close on our new house and will be moving at the end of the month.
Our lease on our current place is not quite up yet so we are looking for someone
who is interested in either a summer sublet (thru Sept. 30) or is interested in
signing a full year lease.
The place is really truly amazing and we have LOVED living here. It is a fantastic space for entertaining and a perfect space for anyone who has home office needs.

- A 20 foot wide, two car deep PRIVATE garage with direct access from unit
- A roofdeck with BBQs and an unparalleled skyline view
- Marble baths
- Enormous walk-in closets
- Tons of storage space
- In-unit side-by-side washer/dryer (laundry)
- Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bath
This amazing space features wide open spaces (a 50 foot long living room!); two bedrooms and two baths; in-unit laundry; great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance; and quick access to both the blue line and 90/94.
We've loved living here but have recently purchased a place. The apartment is available for sublet from July 1 to September 30, and full year lease renewal is an option after that.
Apartment can be left partially furnished if subletter desires.
The full year lease would be $2800/month and the lease would be with the owner (our current landlord). If you are interested in just the summer sublet, we can be a little flexible on price since that would be done with us.
