In the past many of you have supported mission/ministry works that have cared for the poor in Africa, or youth in the inner city or development projects. We'd like to give you a vision for a new frontier of support: the artist. If there is one thing that we have continued to hear from the Lord and have also heard from other believers, 'God is going to use the arts to express the Gospel the this next generation.' Well, we have seen in in operation - nations that have been closed to the Gospel, have unwittingly opened their doors to the Gospel, through music, visual art, theatre and dance. Sadly, we have also seen the principle of "the starving artist" in action as young artists have taken steps to walk in faith to do what God is asking of them without any assurance of "pay". Our home has become the ministry base for these missionaries and we have been feeding them and caring for them these last few years (God told us to feed the poor) out of our own pockets. But the pot has run dry. We need others to join with us in the cause. Would you be interested in helping to support this YWAM base, either as supporters of the general base expenses or as a supporter of the Rosen family or one of our other artists? We'd appreciate your prayers as you consider this possibility. Thank you always for your encouragement and support over the years - we are grateful for God's faithfulness through His people.
