Leigh, a resident of Hawaii for more than 40 years, is a retired retail manager and lives with her husband Chuck on Wanaao Road in Kailua. Aside from being very active politically with the Democratic Party, Leigh also volunteers at the Kailua Public Library. She has been a Friends of the Library board member and the volunteer bookstore manager in Kailua for four years.
