Corrected problems with the custom user setting for the
melody exercise. Added 2 more scale choices (pentatonic, blues) for the
melody exercise (custom setting). Lower Range will now accept negative
numbers, so that the melody can be restricted to a range starting above
the tonic. Scale exercise now plays in ascending and/or descending
order. Help file updated.
