Merzifon Delegation - Day 2 Dec. 27, 2003, began with a walking tour of Pleasant Hill City Center and ended with a wedding reception at John and Peggy Blake's house.

The Summerfield Suites hotel where the Merzifon delegation stayed. Just outside the hotel is a memorial to soldiers killed in World War One and Two Starting the walking tour. Just behind the group is the Pleasant Hill sign. A bright sunny day with a water fountain behind the group. Standing in front of a Christmas tree outside in the square. Lunch in an Italian restaurant. Good food and good conversation. Sitting in front of the waterfall which is part of the Pleasant Hill City Hall. Look out through the arches at the City Hall. A coffee break at the end of the tour. The wedding reception for Peggy Blake's son and his wife.
