Ronald K. Pendleton Program Coordinator Activities I am program coordinator and web master for: Career & Technical Teacher Education Programs at California State University, San Bernardino .

My responsibilities include the recruitment, orientation and evaluation of all program faculty. I meet with program faculty on a regular basis to discuss curricular evolution and to insure that specific program and course standards are being met. I design, develop and regularly update both web based and hard copy course materials and program promotional materials. I meet with the Vocational Education Advisory Committee on a regular basis and solicit input from advisory committee members to insure that our programs continue to effectively prepare our students for success in the various schools and institutions where they are (or will be) employed as teachers and/or educational administrators. I also serve on various departmental, school and/or university committees.
