I was interested to read other students' views on different search engines. I rarely use anything other than Google as I find its portal to the most simple and user-friendly. It also has a very useful Scholar search that can be used to find papers and research articles online.
Using Safari's browser has meant that recently i do use more search engines as the browser has a window in the top left under which I can save my favourite engines for quick use.

I have never used the Internet in my classes as none of my students have access to computers in the classrooms. I have brought information into the classroom from websites I visit, and have also set homework using the web.
During this course I will be interested to look at the various ways that I can use the web to provide me with resources and ideas; and also how I can use the Internet to create resources for my students
