The Next Best Thing To Finding Atlantis

You put your right foot in, you take your right foot out. You put your right hand in ... and you find a lost city.

With luck that would amaze even Las Vegas oddsmakers, a team of archaeologists learning to scuba dive in the North Sea has discovered arrowheads and cutting implements nearly 10,000 years old from a previously unknown civilization.
"To the average person they would seem like ordinary stones you would find on the beach, but to a specialist they were something very exciting indeed," said Dr. Penny Spikins of Newcastle University who led the team.

English Heritage's chief archaeologist David Miles said the discovery gave a glimpse of the "prehistoric Atlantis" which linked modern Britain to continental Europe. "We know that there is a prehistoric Atlantis beneath the North Sea where once an area equal to the size of present day Britain attached us to the continent," he said.

If this is what they can find when they're practicing, I can't wait for this team to get serious about diving.
