Is 'Rover' French for 'Shark Bait'?


Don't know if this is for real, but the Sun is reporting that fishermen on French territory Reunion Island are using stray dogs as bait when they go shark fishing.


Of course I think the Sun is the UK equivalent of the US National Inquirer and that picture looks like it could be a photoshop creation.

Is it a hoax?
