We have two condominiums for rent and for sale at this
moment. The two condominiums are located in Thappraya Road,
Jomtien, View Talay 5D. From this building it is only a
short walk to Jomtien Beach and only a few minutes walk to
Thappraya Road where songthaews (pick-up transformed to a
taxi) take you all through Jomtien and Pattaya for only 10
Baht. To go to the famous walking street and Pattaya Beach
it is only a 10 minute drive in one of these songthaews.
Motortaxis are another cheap option to go around in Jomtien
and Pattaya and these can be found at almost every corner.
The beauty off these condominiums is that they are very
nice located in a quiet area but close enough to Pattaya to
get there in only 15 minutes after closing the door of your
condominium.
