Longido, Tanzania.

Perhaps the most amazing day of my entire Africa trip, was a day spent with a Maasai tribe in Longido, near Arusha.

All over Tanzania, ou can see Maasai herders wandering in the wilderness.
Our warrior guides carrying lunch basket.
Making fire with two sticks.

The lansdcape as seem from Mt. Longido.
Two wives of same warrior.

This child's toy is a plastic bottle attached to a string.

Maasai children posing in their school clothes.

Maasai mother inviting us into boma house, which was too dark for photos.

Shy women carrying pots
Back at the main road, having a beer and waiting for ride back to Arusha.
The bar where we waited.
Old Maasai.
